We are creatures of habit, waking up at the same time every day, taking the same path to work, stopping at the same coffee shop etc.. We unconsciously follow our routine and in doing so, we become less observant, less curious, and less interested in and interesting to the world around us. To continuously improve, we must try new things, take on new challenges, and break the shackles of the unconscious routine.
