Steve Jobs sold the world on his products and vision, making people feel cool and hip for joining his i-revolution.  Renown for his presentation skills, Jobs was a master at magnifying the simplicity of a new product and igniting the consumer’s desire to buy it ‘now’.

Under Steve Jobs’ leadership, Apple became the second most valuable company in the world.  In an issue dedicated to Steve Jobs, Fortune Magazine said, “A key Jobs business tool is his mastery of the message.  He rehearses over and over every line he and others utter in public about Apple.”

The path to perfection is always the same.  Contrary to Jobs being considered a natural born salesman by many casual observers, he, in fact, perfected his skills with a passionate, rigorous and deliberate practice routine.  Rather than simply admiring Jobs for his accomplishments, let’s apply the lessons his success can teach us.

PEPPER emulates the focus and discipline displayed by men like Steve Jobs, Bobby Fischer and Mozart.  Providing the consistent, measurable and collaborative practice routine required for anyone pursuing perfection, PEPPER is the deliberate practice tool needed for achieving mastery in the art of sales.

Deliberate practice makes perfect. Perfection must be our passion and our goal.
